June Sweet Treats Menu
This is our Blackberry focused June Menu. Fresh black berries are used in 2 of our treats along with fresh blue berries in the kitchen sink cookie. At this time I will not be offering single treat options, but let me know if you have interest in a single treat option!

Short Cake
This is a real classic shortcake, a slightly sweetened buttermilk biscuit. Inside I added Dried cherries rehydrated in lime juice. topped and baked for a second time with a cherry lime jam. with a sprinkling of pop rocks just for fun. (these can be left off if so desired) if able, reheat just slightly and pair with your favorite whipped cream, cool whip or icecream.
